Riftsawn American White Oak runs in long, carefully selected planks across the duplex, bringing warmth and continuity to an interior defined by glass, white surfaces, and expansive river views. The cut’s straight, vertical grain keeps the floor quiet and composed, allowing the architecture and light to remain the focus.

At the center of the space, the same oak rises onto the sculptural glass-enclosed staircase. Each tread was precisely fitted to follow its sweeping geometry, creating a seamless transition between the two levels. A custom honed finish softens the abundant daylight and draws out the wood’s natural depth without adding unnecessary sheen.
